Regulation

For the avoidance of doubt MIDDLEMAN is not independently regulated by the FCA. MIDDLEMAN is a ‘Strategy Provider' for FCA Regulated Brokers. FCA Regulated Brokers might have different trading & commercial names for their subsidiaries around the world. FCA Regulated Brokers are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, and must have a registration number, authorisation number and address open to the public.

Fund Custody

MIDDLEMAN does not hold or otherwise have control over client funds. All funds deposited by clients for the purposes of MIDDLEMAN are held by the FCA Regulated Broker selected by the client. FCA Regulated Brokers maintains segregated client trust accounts, with top-tier banks, as an extra layer of protection of clients’ funds.
